• Act as your first port of call when you have any financial questions
• Provide administrative backup for your investments, acting as your professional intermediary when dealing with your product providers
• When requested, review your portfolio and, if applicable, recommend amendments to your asset allocation
• Provide you with annual valuations

This service may suit transactional clients e.g. individuals who have a clear idea of either the type of investments they are looking for or are seeking a particular section of the market to complement their existing investment portfolio but, again, do not want the level of personal input required for our Active Monitoring Service.

We can also provide a service to actively monitor your investments. The service is the same as above but has the following enhancements:

• Provide you with ongoing advice whether this be face to face, in writing, by telephone or by email, at least annually
• Meet with you as and when circumstances demand
• Provide access to a research team to investigate any financial planning issues that may arise
• Provide quarterly market commentary
• Quarterly review of all funds invested in
• Quarterly rebalancing of funds invested in, if appropriate
• Annual valuation as a minimum, but generally provided quarterly
• An internet based view of these investments, accessible by you as often as you like

This dedicated service is usually facilitated, although not exclusively, by placing your investments within our own range of bespoke model portfolios.
